Oaks at Fayetteville Announces New Ownership and Management

Oaks at Fayetteville is now under new ownership and management.  Scribner Capitol and WJG HoldCo jointly purchased the community, and it will be managed by William James Group – a senior living organization committed to providing exceptional care, enriching environments, and personalized experiences for residents.

As of November 3, Oaks at Fayetteville is now known as The Haven at Fayetteville. Today and in the coming weeks, William James Group will be introducing new initiatives designed to enhance resident experience and ensure The Haven at Fayetteville is a beacon of quality care in the area.
